Each quarter, we send a care package to someone newly diagnosed with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. It’s our way of reaching out—to say:

Each care package is thoughtfully curated to offer comfort, clarity, and connection. Contents may include:
- Essentials for flare-ups: wipes, toilet paper, hand sanitizer  
- Pill organizer to simplify medication routines  
- Journal for tracking symptoms, meals, or reflections  
- Reusable water bottle to encourage hydration  
- Soft blanket for warmth and rest  
- Educational brochures and trusted IBD resources

📦 Who It’s For:
These packages are intended for individuals diagnosed within the past 12 months. Whether navigating a first flare, adjusting to treatment, or simply seeking reassurance, we want each IBD warrior to feel supported from the start.
