Each quarter, we send a care package to someone newly diagnosed with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis It’s our way of reaching out—to say: โจWe see you. We understand. You are not alone.๐

๐ What’s Inside:โจEach care package is thoughtfully curated to offer comfort, clarity, and connection. Contents may include:
- Essentials for flare-ups: wipes, toilet paper, hand sanitizer
- Pill organizer to simplify medication routines
- Journal for tracking symptoms, meals, or reflections
- Reusable water bottle to encourage hydration
- Soft blanket for warmth and rest
- Educational brochures and trusted IBD resources

๐ฆ Who It’s For:โจThese care packages are currently intended for individuals who have been diagnosed with IBD within the past 12 months and who reside in the United States. Whether navigating a first flare, adjusting to treatment, or simply seeking reassurance, we want each IBD warrior to feel supported from the start.

๐๏ธ How It Works:โจWe offer one care package each quarter to the first IBD warrior who reaches out. These packages are available to individuals within the United States, and each one is sent with the hope that it brings a moment of comfort on a difficult journey. This isn’t a contest—it’s a quiet, meaningful way to say: you’re seen, you’re supported, you’re not alone.๐
