#TeamTenisa is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the memory of Tenisa E.M. Wallace by advocating for greater awareness and understanding of Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

We believe no one should face inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in silence. Our mission is to raise awareness of these invisible illnesses, share real stories, and illuminate the daily struggles behind the smiles. Through advocacy, education, and a whole lot of heart, we’re building a more informed, compassionate world—and pushing forward toward a cure.
